Where are the surf schools located on Oahu?

The surf schools on Oahu are located on the North and South shore of the Island. On the south shore you will find a few beach boy stands along the beach. Other independent surf instructors will conduct surf lessons near Diamond Head, Ala Moana, and Barbers Point. On the North Shore surf lessons are conducted at Chuns Reef and Puena Point.

Are there Advanced Surf lessons?

Yes, there are a few surf instructors that specialize in advance surfing instruction. These lessons are for individuals that want to take their surfing to the next level or for individuals are unfamiliar with the local surf spots.

What size surfboard should I use?

You want to use a long board your first time surfing. Longboards have more volume and provide more stability when attempting to stand-up. After your skills improve, you may want to try a smaller board.

Transportation from the Airport

How do I get from the Airport to where I am staying?

There are a few public transportation providers at the airport. There are shared shuttles that can be arranged when you pick up your bags. UBER or Lyft is always an option along with our local taxi companies. You may want to step up your ride with Pre-Arranged ground transportation. Limo’s, SUV or buses can be coordinated prior to arrival.
