SUMMARY

Our half day and full day Giant Travelly (GT) charters are awesome!  We take a maximum 3 anglers per trip. Two individuals casting at a time. A half-day fishing charter (4-5 hours) is $500 for the first angler, and $75 for each additional angler. A full day charter (7-8 hours) is $700 for the first angler, and $100 for each additional angler. Our captain will meet you at our designated meeting point in Keehi Small Boat Harbor. Tax and processing fees apply to all credit card transactions.  

GT Fishing

Fishing for Giant Trevally or (GT) is explosive! Top water plugs with treble hooks and cupped face is used to lure the GT’s to the surface. The sound and commotion caused by the plug attracts GT’s from great distances. Without warning, the GT surge from the depths to devour the plugs. Once the fight is on, you will have to keep the pressure on the fish in order to keep them from diving into holes or shacking the barbless hooks. This type of fishing takes work, and will require anglers to have the strength and endurance to cast repeatedly.

BOAT

We will be fishing from a 23 foot, center console, Boston Whaler with ample room for 3 anglers. We have cushioned gunnels that help with stability while casting.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Trips cancelled with 48 hours are non-refundable. Refunds will be given if the Captain cancels trips due to extreme weather or natural disaster.
